Brew 2 cups water and add the of green tea by steeping the tea bag in hot water for 3-4 minutes. Remove the tea bag and set aside to cool.
In a blender, combine the fresh pineapple chunks, banana, coconut water, turmeric, ginger and honey or agave syrup (if desired).
Blend until all the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth.
Add a few ice cubes to the blender and pulse until the mocktail reaches your desired consistency.
Pour the brewed green tea into the blender and blend for a few seconds to incorporate it into the mocktail.
Pour the mocktail into a glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and a few mint leaves.
Put the rest in a bottle and keep it in the fridge. Consume within a week.
