Ingredients
  

  • 1 green tea bag or 1 teaspoon loose leaf green tea for making a skinny cortisol mocktail.
  • 1 chamomile tea bag or 1 teaspoon dried chamomile flowers
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1- inch piece of fresh ginger grated or sliced
  • 1- inch piece of turmeric grated or sliced
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Begin by boiling some water, then pour it over either the green tea bag and chamomile tea bag or loose leaf green tea and dried chamomile flowers, all within a heatproof container.
  • Let this delightful concoction steep for approximately 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld seamlessly into the water.
  • Once infused, either remove the tea bags or strain out the loose leaf tea and chamomile flowers.
  • Enhance the magic by introducing the juice of half a lemon, grated turmeric, sliced ginger, and, if you prefer, a touch of honey to the tea mixture.
  • Stir the components meticulously, ensuring a harmonious blend.
  • Continue the enchantment by letting the mixture steep for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Take a glass and fill it with ice cubes, setting the stage for the grand finale.
  • Pour the cortisol mocktail mixture over the ice cubes, generously filling the glass.
